How do I return an item?
Thank you for shopping with FlyHiKicks. Customer service is our number one priority, as we do our best to ensure that your merchandise and shopping experience is 100% satisfactory. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we kindly ask that you contact us before leaving your feedback, so we can make sure that your experience with us, is as promised, 100% satisfactory.
If you are not satisfied with your order you may request to return your order for a refund as we do not offer exchanges at this time. All returns must be submitted via email or phone within 14 days from the date of delivery. All merchandise must be returned new/unused/unworn/unwashed with original shoe box and accessories if any. At this time we do not offer exchanges.

**AT THIS TIME WE DO NOT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL RETURNS **
A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund if: (1) The original shoe box is damaged; (2) The return request is passed the 14 return policy.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. It is recommended that you obtain a tracking number as proof of delivery of the returned merchandise. We cannot be responsible for non-receipt of the returned merchandise without proof of delivery (Tracking Number).
RETURNS WILL BE REFUSED/DENIED AT THE BUYER’S EXPENSE IF:
Shipping Fees are non-refundable. All refunds will be issued 2 business days from the day the returned merchandise is received. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for the funds to be dispursed back to the original payment method.
